Use the Options tab of the Expense Checks screen to view your existing direct deposit account information. You can also set a direct deposit account to active or inactive status.
If you do not have any direct deposit accounts set up, you will see the message: "No vendor account information is on file. Please contact your account administrator."
Checking/Saving Account Table
Field | Description |
Routing Transit # |
This field displays the financial institution's nine-digit routing transit number.

Financial Institution |
This field displays the name of the institution to which payments will be directed.

Account # |
This field displays your account number at the financial institution. Click on the column header to display a sample check that shows where to find the account number on your check.

Account Type |
This field displays a description of the type of account to which the payments will be forwarded.

Active |
Select this check box to set the account to active status. Clear the check box to make the account inactive.

Print Advice |
Select this check box to receive a printed advice in the mail when you receive an expense check paid through this direct deposit account. If you want to stop receiving advices and view your expense checks only through this screen, do not select the check box.

Update |
Select Update to save changes to your account information.
